Well I am learning how to make blogs and slowly but surely it is coming along- I tried something new for the Chinese New Year and tried to make it look like it! So my blog will be under construction for a few days!

Ni Hao, Kai-lan!

Ni Hao, Kai-lan is a play-along, think-along series that weaves together Chinese language and culture, preschool-relatable stories, and interactivity, with Kai-lan as your intimate friend and playmate! It starts on February 7th 2008! The Chinese New Year! It is at 11:00am- I can`t wait for it to start! It looks so cute! Here is a picture of the shows` stars-

Snow pictures!

Last night we went outide and played in the snow! It was fun for everyone but Anna Grace she hated it- It was cold and she couldn`t move with how bundled up she was- She kept crying so we took her in and she was fine- My Dad and Adam and Hayne and I all stayed outside and played it was fun- Just wanted to share some pictures!
 
 

Miracles of Adoption!

Now just one of the three waits. A 5 year old little boy whose file is currently with an agency right now. He has the most amazing personality, all smiles and giggles. His name is Tian Ai and it means "Heaven's Love". And let me tell you, he is gorgeous! I wouldn't normally call a little boy "gorgeous", more handsome, but that's the only way I can think to describe him. He loves to entertain and to sing (see absolute most adorable videos ever of him below!!!) His file has been with an agency in the U.S. since April 2007. And guess what else? Tian Ai even has a grant available towards his adoption that will cover most of the costs! His special need could be completely corrected by the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, FREE of charge for everything: care, surgeries, transportation... everything would be completely free! Also, one of my older sisters had the same special need as he has and had it corrected at Shriner's.Please contact Jie Jie to Sarah Lu and Chayah too at bound4meimei@yahoo.com if you'd like to learn more about Tian Ai, his special need, Shriners, this will be helped by Bound by Mei Mei`s sister- they are doing such great things for this little boy please help him find a home!

Now, is he the cutest little boy you've ever seen or what? Does he not have the most infectious laugh and just the cutest little voice?
Also, if you've ever heard of the Bring Me Hope video... Tian Ai is featured in it as well!

At the exact 4 minute mark, the baby lying down sucking his fingers, is baby Tian Ai!!
I need everyone's help. Please, let's complete this miracle of adoption and help him find his forever family too!! He needs us.
Please re-post this or make your own post about him on your own blogs. Pray for him, and that he too will have the chance to find his forever family.
I know they must be out there somewhere, they just need to find their new son!!!!!

We have Snow!

Well maybe an inch inch and 1/2? It is so much fun for us to have snow! We get it maybe once every few years- Last year we had ice and this year we have snow! For now but tomorrow we are supposed to get ice it should last until 12pm and it will be 50-51 degrees- Anna Grace hates the snow and wants NOTHING to do with it! I will post pictures tomorrow!

Trying NEW things!

This picture is Anna Grace on 6 month anniversary- If you looked on my Mom`s website while we were in China Anna Grace wore this out fit on the first full day we had her! I tried something a little new and highlighted part of the picture and left the rest black and white- I was trying things to see what would work so I tried my first project out and thought i would share it w/ you! PS does anyone know how to use Lumapix to post like bog headers and stuff? I have tried for what seems ike FOREVER to get it to post and it just won`t any hep would be AWESOME!!!!

UPDATE- On Cousin Jesse

Jesse is doing a lot better and they sent him home last night- He is in a TON of pain as you can imagine- I am not to excited about them sending him home b/c I wanted him to have his pain etc. under control- God is Good! Happy Weekend!

Mother and Daughter pictures

It is a traditional type thing to have all the babies pictures made with our Mom while we are little 2-6 months old since we didn`t have Anna Grace at that time my Mom and her friend Jodi did them on Monday- Jodi did an AWESOME job and the pictures are SO sweet! Hope you enjoy the pictures- The ones with Anna Grace in the tu-tu are my favorite! ENJOY! :)

PRAYERS NEEDED!!!!!

My 15 year old cousin Jesse was hit by a car Tuesday morning @ 7:30- He broke his right femur (the largest bone in your body) and his left ankle and they think his right- He was in surgery yesterday- PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM AND FOR A QUICK RECOVERY!!!

He is HOME!!

Praise you lord! Johnny has finally arrived home! We are so excited!!! Thank you for your prayers and support! He arrived in Atlanta around 7:00am and B.J his wife went and picked him up- We were so excited for him to meet Anna Grace- She went right to him and even kissed him! We are over joyed to have him home for 15 DAYS!!!! It will be so great when he is feeling better- He is exhausted- We hope he sleeps well and will feel better- Just wanted to update you!

As I had posted earlier my Uncle Johnny was on his way home from Afghanistan! We got news today that he left yesterday to come home! It was a 20hr. flight and we don`t know where it will land- Please keep him in your prayers as he is coming home to the USA it will be SO great to see him again- My Aunt B.J is doing AWESOME and is spending today cleaning- We expect him to be home Sunday 6th or Monday 7th- I just can`t believe it! Please remember to keep him in your prayers! Thank you for all your prayers and support!

Fun in Williamsburg!

We had so much fun w/ a The Kibee family in Williamsburg! We think that Meighan their Daughter and Anna Grace shared a crib so they are very close. On Saturday morning we were eating breakfast and Anna Grace and Meighan were in Ken`s arms and Meighan starts rubbing Anna Grace`s face and saying Lai Lai which is what Anna Grace was called in the orphanage. It was priceless- It was so sad to have to leave! Adam and Hayne enjoyed Christopher and I enjoyed watching movies w/ Kara. My Mom and Deb enjoyed shopping- and my Dad and Ken enjoyed watching football- We had such a great time and miss them a ton! Here are the pics-

Happy 6 months Anna Grace

Since I have already done the slide show for Anna Grace I decided to show some pictures of Anna Grace on Gotcha Day- The changes are amazing! If you would like to see the slide show I went ahead and put that on this post to- I can`t believe we have had her for 1/2 a year i`m still shocked! Christmas Day

On Christmas Day we had a GREAT time watching Anna Grace`s reaction to what Santa brought it was SO cute! She again only played w/ one present and still has some she has not even looked at! We went to my Nana and Papa`s to get our presents from them! It was SO much fun! We got a TON of stuff! My Aunt B.J got a package from my Uncle Johnny and she gave us each something from him and it was SO neat! Anna Grace and I got scarfs mine was pink and hers was lavender it was pretty the day went by really fast and my Nana and Mema came to our house about 45 minutes before my Dad, Anna Grace, Adam, Hayne, and myself came back. They helped my mom clean and pack for Williamsburg. We got up at 5:00am the next morning to leave for Williamsburg! Here are the pix!
